Как исправить проблемы с подключением в Anthem

К счастью я нашел решение, и теперь я могу поделиться этой информацией с вами.

Если у вас много проблем с подключением к серверу во время игры в Anthem, я настоятельно рекомендую вам переадресовать ваши порты для игры. В основном вы разрешаете соединение через маршрутизатор, используя указанный набор портов. Это часто позволяет передавать данные с игровых серверов без каких-либо проблем, делая ваше соединение более стабильным.

Существуют некоторые риски, если вы не используете брандмауэр в своей операционной системе. Если вы не знакомы с переадресацией портов, то единственное другое предложение, которое у меня есть на данный момент это проявить терпение и ждать, пока EA решит проблемы, с которыми они сталкиваются на своих сетевых серверах.

Получив IP-адрес (основной шлюз), войдите в систему, используя информацию администратора маршрутизатора, а затем найдите область переадресации портов в своих настройках. Также учтите пароль и логин обычно admin для входа в роутер.

Если вы перенаправляете порты специально для Anthem, то вам нужно будет перенаправить несколько разных портов, все из которых основаны на платформе, на которой вы играете. Мы обрисовали их в общих чертах ниже.

Find the Anthem Play First trial in the EA Access Hub:

  1. Open the hub
  2. Refresh it (LT, RT and Y)
  3. Go to Anthem
  4. View the game
  5. Click the 3 dots and select Play Trial

This will download the trial for you.

Go back into the Hub to launch Anthem, and remember to quit out when you’re not playing so you don’t lose trial time., and remember to quit out when you’re not playing so you don’t lose trial time.

I’m on PC and I can log into my EA Account, but can’t connect to Anthem?

If you’re playing on PC, please make sure that you’ve set Windows to manage your system clock and that you’ve chosen the correct time zone. Incorrect system time settings can prevent you from logging into the game.

I was playing just fine earlier but now the play button in Origin is greyed out.

If Anthem doesn’t shut down cleanly, or you use ALT-F4 to close it, it can become a sub-process of Origin in Task Manager and run in the background. Because Origin thinks the game is still running, it won’t give you the option to click play.

To launch it again:

  1. Open Task Manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC).
  2. Click on the arrow beside Origin to show sub-tasks.
  3. Select Anthem in the list.
  4. Click End Task.

What are the port ranges I need to have open for Anthem?

Opening ports can help with a range of connection problems:

Disconnects and loot

If you disconnect while playing, you won’t lose out on any of your loot.

  • If you disconnect while on a Mission or Contract:
    • You get the option to rejoin your existing Expedition when you reconnect, do that to continue playing.
    • Make sure to open any chests you find along the way! You’ll get your loot back at the End of Expedition screen.
  • If you disconnect in Freeplay:
    • Jump back into Freeplay once you reconnect.
    • Wait a few moments, then exit Freeplay and you should get your items at the End of Expedition screen.

Checking server status

You can check server status for Anthem on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One right here on EA Help, just click the Server Status button on the main Anthem page.

Server shutdown messages:

Each time you head out on an expedition, you join a different server. We restart these expedition servers on a regular cycle, so if you see a “Server shutting down in X hours” message, it doesn’t mean we’re bringing the game down for maintenance, it just means the server you’re currently exploring in Freeplay or doing a mission on will be restarting soon.

  • We give you a heads-up so you have plenty of time to finish up and get back to Fort Tarsis to collect your XP and loot.

Connectivity

If you’ve tried those steps already, let’s get a little more technical:

Tombs of the Legionnaires mission

You do not need to complete this mission in one Freeplay expedition, you can naturally progress a lot of the Feats needed through doing Contracts too.

Check in with the Sentinels (Brin), Arcanists (Matthias) and Freelancers (Yarrow) to pick up Missions and Contracts from them.

To track your progress:

  1. Open the Cortex (J on PC, Options on PlayStation 4, View on Xbox One).
  2. Select Challenges.
  3. Choose Expeditions.
  4. Select Freeplay.
  5. Check on each of the Trials listed there to see your progress.

You can track each of the trials using the Track button, so you can check on them more quickly through the Cortex:

  1. Open the Cortex (J on PC, Options on PlayStation 4, View on Xbox One).
  2. Select Challenges.
  3. Choose Tracked.

If you go to one of the Tombs and do not see the panel showing the requirements, exit Freeplay, restart Anthem, and try again.

We’ve made a change that means these Feats start tracking as soon as you reach pilot level 3 — this means that you’ll have started progress on the Feats before you’ve even gotten the mission. This change should also help fix players who couldn’t see the Feats when visiting the tombs or through the Challenges window. We’ve also changed things so that loot chests opened when you’re in a group now count towards the Feats of all party members.

We’re aware that for some players the Journal is showing the Feats as complete when they are not complete yet. To make sure you’ve accomplished everything, check your progress through the Challenges window as outlined above.

Multiple pilots

On rare occasions, if you crash, the game can try to start you over with a new pilot. When this happens, you could be forgiven for worrying that you’ve lost your progress.

If this happens to you, restart Anthem then:

  1. Allow the game to connect to live services.
  2. Press F
  3. Select your main Pilot from the list
  4. Check they show as active
  5. Hit Esc
  6. Press Space to resume
  7. You should now load in on your main Pilot.

On PlayStation 4

  1. Allow the game to connect to live services.
  2. Press Square
  3. Select your main Pilot from the list
  4. Check they show as active
  5. Back out to the previous screen.
  6. Press X to resume
  7. You should now load in on your main Pilot.
  1. Allow the game to connect to live services.
  2. Press X
  3. Select your main Pilot from the list

  5. Back out to the previous screen
  6. Press A to resume
  7. You should now load in on your main Pilot.

Stronghold loot

All loot from final bosses in a Stronghold is auto-collected for you, don’t worry about picking everything up between the boss dying and the end of the mission. You’ll see everything you earned on the End of Expedition screen. If you disconnect after the boss kill, hop back into Freeplay and exit and you’ll get your stronghold rewards on the End of Expedition screen.

Unable to use Javelin to launch an expedition

Some players who have completed the main storyline can no longer interact with their Javelin from the main platform to start an Expedition. If this happens to you, head into the Javelin Launch bay jump to the raised door there to set up your expedition.

Claiming your Legion of Dawn rewards

These are available in-game for all players on February 22. To access the store to claim your rewards you must:

  1. Complete the tutorials.
  2. Talk to Prospero at his stall in Fort Tarsis.
  3. Complete his mission.
  4. Talk to him again.
  5. Open the Store.
  6. Claim your items in the Rewards tab.
  7. Equip them at the Forge.

If you’ve done all that and are still missing your rewards, please head over to Answers HQ and add your information to this thread to help us investigate.

Crafting

You need to do a Mission for Prospero to unlock Crafting and access to his store. Find out more about how crafting works in this article.

Alliance Coin rewards

These are not delivered instantly when the timer resets, there are a few hours processing time before your Alliance Coin is delivered to you. Check here for more info on the Alliance system in Anthem.

Audio cuts out

We’re investigating an issue where players lose audio during a mission or expedition, and it does not return until the game is restarted. If this has happened to you, please add your info to this thread on Answers HQ. We’ll keep you updated there as we work on it.

Slow first load into Fort Tarsis

On some systems, the first load into Fort Tarsis after completing the Tutorial can take longer than usual.

If this happens to you, please wait a few minutes and see if you eventually load in. If you do not load in after five minutes, use Alt+F4 to exit the game and run a repair through Origin:

  1. Click on the Anthem game tile in My Game Library.
  2. Click the cog icon under the Play button.
  3. Choose Repair.
  4. Wait for the repair to finish, then restart Anthem.

Slow load times

Older PlayStation 4 models (not PlayStation Pro) may have slower loading times.

Older Xbox One models (not X or S) may have slower loading times.

[IMPROVED 2/28] Loot table adjustments

Based on your feedback, we’ve adjusted all items so that the Inscriptions on them are more appropriate. This doesn’t apply to items you already had, but does apply to anything that drops or is crafted from now on.

Common and uncommon (white and green) items no longer drop for level 30 players. We haven’t adjusted the drop rates, so you’ll still get the same amount of items, and they’ll be more useful.

We also reduced the number of Masterwork Embers needed to craft a Masterwork Blueprint from 25 to 15, and reduced the amount of other items required too.

[IMPROVED 2/28] Tethering for groups is too tight

We’ve increased the timer on tethering to give groups a bit more range before the countdown timer kicks in.

[RESOLVED 2/23] Squad wipes in the Heart of Rage

If your entire Squad wipes in the Heart of Rage, you may run into an issue where one of the bosses does not spawn, preventing you from completing it.

[RESOLVED 2/23] HDR cannot be enabled on consoles

Players are unable to switch on HDR on consoles equipped for it.

[RESOLVED 2/24] Javelin customizations not persisting

In some cases, customization changes made to Javelins do not persist when you exit the Forge.

If you own the Legion of Dawn edition, and pre-loaded Anthem on PC before February 15, the tracks on the soundtrack are not in the correct Order. We’ve fixed it, but you will need to redownload the soundtrack if you downloaded it early.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Anthem bonus folder on your computer — by default, that’s C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Anthem\Bonus\
  2. Delete the Soundtrack folder.
  3. Open the Origin client.
  4. Click on Anthem in My Game Library.
  5. Click on the cog icon.
  6. Choose Repair.
  7. When the repair is complete, the Soundtrack folder should be rebuilt and contain the tracks in the correct order.
