Описание

Asus Calling Screen — это приложение для устройств Asus на базе Android, позволяющее принимать и отправлять звонки. Кроме основных функций приложение видоизменяет экран блокировки, делая его более многофункциональным и удобным.

Основные особенности программы

• Позволяет отвечать на звонки даже если экран смартфона заблокирован.
• Позволяет записывать звонки (выполняет роль диктофона).
• Позволяет создавать конференцию для нескольких вызовов.
• Позволяет гибко управлять звонками: в зависимости от ситуации можно поставить звонок на удержание, объединить два и более звонка в общую конференцию, или выйти из созданной конференции.
• Обладает простым и интуитивно понятным интерфейсом.

• Занимает мало памяти и съедает незначительное количество ресурсов на мобильном устройстве.

Asus Calling Screen является основным приложением для совершения операций со звонками в силу того, что на телефоны марки Asus невозможно установить стандартную звонилку от гугла.

К сожалению, несмотря на незначительный вес и нетребовательность к железу смартфона, — приложение во многом сырое и недоработанное. Например, из первичных недостатков, что бросаются в глаза можно отметить непримечательный дизайн, скудность интерфейса и периодические лаги: в ходе эксплуатации было замечено, что не отображаются пропущенные звонки, преждевременно гаснет экран и с перебоями функционирует датчик движения.

Из второстепенных недостатков можно отметить отсутствие настроек персонализации: нет возможности поменять цветовую гамму, оформление, визуальный стиль под себя, так как приложение выполнено в едином визуальном формате. Кроме того нет возможности общаться через видео по принципу мессенджеров, что тоже до некоторой степени урезает функциональные возможности звонилки.

Возможно, большая часть проблем вызвана индивидуальными настройками мобильного устройства, но в целом, если не учитывать помарки технического плана, — приложение выполняет основную функцию на достойном уровне, не вызывая серьёзных нареканий к работе.

Из достоинств можно выделить возможность отправления СМС и удобную навигацию по контактам. Так же имеется функция добавления контактов в чёрный список.

Приложение регулярно обновляется и дорабатывается, хотя и не так быстро, как бы того хотелось. Разработчики оперативно прислушиваются к критике и устраняют различные недочёты в программе.

This behaviour is non standard in Android World, I haven’t met an Android phone that would behave like this.
Please don’t dumb down the device aimed for power users like no other one.
Please rectify it and make it standard.

Thank you for escalation this suggestion to your developers.

Please fix the issues with calling screen app. Just need the app to behave the same way as any other Android phone. It is getting so frustrating.

We’re sending all your feedback to our developers and the decision makers. They have their reasons for the current behavior and they’re not going to change their opinion over a day but maybe eventually.

Why you guys not taking this issue as a serious concern. It is not fixed in the Android 10 update too. If I slightly move my phone over the call, it turns on the display even after when I pressed the power button. So the phone getting too hot and I couldn’t speak more than 5 minutes, my ears are burning. This is one of the major bug man. The irritating proximity sensor is not working properly. Atleast try to fix the power button issue. Other wise I never gonna buy any Asus brand item in my lifetime. This is serious note.

I already express my opinion in this thread, but it seems to me that we need to push moderators more to push developers.

Read the 3rd comment by Anders, it clearly says that Asus developers consider this as a feature rather than bug. They think that people are not smart enough to press power button if the display goes off after they press power button during the call. I have not used Asus phones earlier, but as far as I have seen the comments in Play Store, it’s always been like this on Asus phones. This is stupid.
