Всем привет! У меня ноутбук Dell Inspiron 1525 с операционной системой Windows XP. Когда я нажимаю кнопку “Выключение”, ноутбук перезагружается вместо того, чтобы выключиться. Помогите решить проблему.

Всем привет! У меня возникла проблема с моим ноутбуком Dell Inspiron 1525. Неожиданно я обнаружил, что могу подключиться к беспроводному интернету только тогда, когда я нахожусь непосредственно рядом с роутером. Ещё я заметил, что в моём ноутбуке в меню “Диспетчер устройств” висит 2 устройства с названием «Base System Devices» (Базовое системное устройство), которые отмечены восклицательным знаком. В чём может быть проблема? Могу ли я решить её своими силами? Является ли это причиной плохого соединения с роутером?

Как включить блютуз в ноутбуке делл на windiws 7 или windiws 8

У вас есть ноутбук dell inspiron n5110, 1525, 15, 3521, vostro 1015, latitude e6400 или любой другой этого производителя, но не включается блютуз?

Независимо от ОС: windiws 7 или windiws 8 блютуз включается одинокого – этому предшествуют три простых шага.

Шаг первый: проверить и, если нет, скачать и установить драйвер блютуз – только после этого появится возможность включить.

Шаг второй: для быстрого включения, как и отключения производитель часто ставит дополнительную кнопку.

Шаг третий: практически все ноутбуки программируют на включение и отключение связи определенным сочетанием клавиш. Теперь подробнее.

Все драйвера, включая для блютуз всегда бесплатны. В большинстве случаев, при покупке в магазине вместе с ноутбуком идет диск с драйверами.

Если у вас нет – ничего сложного. Скачайте их на официальном сайте. Чтобы лишний раз, как проделать такую процедуру не описывать, посмотрите, как скачать драйвер wifi, тогда сразу все поймете.

Как альтернативный вариант (если официальный не пройдет) воспользуйтесь загрузкой драйвера по ID устройства.

Это бесплатный и надежный вариант – вот инструкция как это делать. Есть еще варианты, но этих вам хватит.

Если включен wifi и bluetooth, то батарея ноутбука, долго не протянет – они быстро ее посадят.

Чтобы этого избегать разработчики часто интегрируют в устройство специальную кнопку, для мгновенного включения и отключения этих интерфейсов.

Поэтому внимательно осмотрите корпус, на лицевой стороне (возле клавиатуры), спереди и по бокам.

Неплохо также посмотреть руководство вашей модели (там указывается) – если нет, то его можно скачать на сайте производителя.

Кроме кнопки почти все ноутбуки программируются для включения сетей сочетанием клавиш. В делл это обычно Fn + F11, но может быть другое (в инструкции должно быть написано).

Можете просто поэкспериментировать. Для этого зажмите клавишу Fn и не отпуская нажимайте поочередно самый верхний ряд: от F1 до F12.

Успешным результатом будет наличие логотипа блютуз в трее (синий значок) или диспетчере устройств.

It look hard to do but it isn’t. If you do what I say you’ll solve your problems with bluetooth at Inspiron 1525 runing Windows 7 easily.

a. Download the driver at Dell.com:
— 1. Go to https://www.dell.com/pt-br?c=br&l=pt&s=gen&mp=www.dell.com.br/&redirect=1
— 2. Click on the link «Drivers & Downloads» in the end of the site.
— 3. Select your model («Laptops», «Inspiron Laptop», «1525») and confirm it.
— 4. Click on Network.
— 5. Download the «Wireless 355 Bluetooth Module (Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR)»
— 6. Save the file «R140135.exe».

b. Install the driver:
— 1. Execute the file «R140135.exe».
— 2. Open the folder «C:\dell\drivers\R140135\3100_216».
— 3. Execute the file «Setup.exe».
— 4. When the driver ask you to active your Bluetooth antena, click in «Cancel.
— 5. Open the folder «C:\dell\drivers\R140135\3100_216\Win32»
— 6. Execute the file «Inst.exe».
— 7. Click in «Next» button to begin the installation.

Note: When the software ask you to active the Bluetooth DO NOT CANCEL.

— 8. Open the folder «C:\Program Files\WIDCOMM\Bluetooth Software»
— 9. Execute the file «BTTray.exe». The icon will appear in the system tray (next the clock).
— 10. Click with the right button in Bluetooth icon and turn it on.
— 11. The installation will continue automatically.
— 12. Click in «OK» button to finish

That is how I solve my problem with my Dell Inspiron 1525 runing Windows 7. It’s working perfectly.

I didn’t wrote anysteps to follow in the previous post.

But I wrote some steps to install BT successfully in post no 29.

Anyway those steps are for DELL INSPIRON 1525.

I don’t know whether it works for Vostro 1014 or not.

Anyway Once try the steps in post no 29 if u r using Windows Vista 32 bit OS.

They may help u to some extent.

Sorry I din reply frm a very long time.. I havnt downgraded frm vista to xp. its xp frm d start. n also I din find d patch.pls can u provide me with a link. I hav already uninstalled d driver n now if I try to install d driver I get d same errror sayin «activate bluetooth using. radio button». help me out.

i tried your installtion step in my dell inspiron 1525 lap, but still during the last step, where you have metioned that bluetooth icon will be appearing near the clock, once I right click for enabling, it asking to press Fn + F2 key.. after pressing that also there is no response. can you give some suggestions regarding this. thanks in advance..my laptop details are:

just had to disconnect my active internet connection and press Fn+F2 to get bluetooth icon displayed after Step:9 (i.e. Execute the file «BTTray.exe») and then follow rest of the steps.

When you down-grade from Vista to XP, it deactivates Bluetooth. In order to get it back, you need to run this utility Dell provides that enables it again. try this, u will find ur problem solved, after downloading the file, you will be asked to switch on bluetooth, then click fn+f2 to switch on, you will find wifi on. f2 enables both wifi and bluetooth. now try this with the above information.

I don’t know whether it works in xp or not.But I should definitely work in Vista since I am using it.

I think u got once Drivers DVD from Company when u purchased ur laptop.

In that I think u know the steps to get into process for Installing Bluetooth 355.

Ok Now I will guide How to Install that ?

1) Click on that Bluetooth 355 driver.Then It will extract some files into c:dell\drivers\140135 and after the
extraction gets completed setup automatically starts.
2) When the setup is going on in some middle of the install, It will show Activate Blutooth Fn+F2 switch
eventhough bluetooth radio is turned on.(Make sure that u turn on bluetooth radio)
3) Now just click on Cancel Installation.
4) Here the actual steps begin for ur Bluetooth Driver Installation.
5) Now go to place where u extracted files ( c:\dell\drivers\140135).
In that folder go to Win32 folder and In that folder u can see the file name «Inst».
Double Click on that Inst file (U will have setup in the same folder but don’t click on that).
Now ur driver starts installing and during installation it will show u a pop window to activate bluetooth
using Fn+F2 switch just close that window.
Your Installation will not quit and it continues and shows u at the end of Installation that u have
successfully Installed Bluetooth software.
6) Now restart your system and Njoyyyyy with your Bluetooth.

Dell is stupid, need others to support their stupidity.

Just follow that steps in post number 29.

Your Bluetooth will works fine if your one is Inspiron 1525 running windows Vista.

If you are running other than Vista then Let me know it.

Let me know some details about your PC.

Before following that steps u have to turn ON your Bluetooth radio.
Did u do that ?

Is it DELL Inspiron 1525 ?

Is it running on Windows Vista ?

If u say to the above Questons Yes, then probably the problem may be due to your Driver Installation file or due to the Driver Version not compatible with your OS.

Ensure that the driver installation file is for Vista not for any other Operating System and the version of installation file is Compatible with your Operating System.

Let me know where did u get that Driver Installation file for Bluetooth.

I don’t know if my Bluetooth radio is ON or OFF. I don’t know what that is and how to do it.

I have a DELL Inspiron 1525 that I bought from Best Buy.

My Operating System is Windows Vista Home Premium. 32-Bit Operating System.

I got the Driver from the Dell Support page. It is the R140135 and it says that it is good for the Inspiron 1525.

You said that u got the Driver from Dell Support website.

How did u enter into that page for drivers for your system ?

Before showing u the drivers for download, In before pages I think u came across the following options:

Identify your product to Continue.

1) Choose by Service Tag

2) Choose by Model

3) Choose from your List

I recommend u to go through the 1st option ie., Choose by Service Tag.

If u had already done that it is Ok.

Now I wanna ask u one question.

Did u installed Quickset (Application) in your System ?

If u have QuickSet installed then double click on the QuickSet icon on taskbar, then Quickset windows gets opened.

In that goto the following path:

Networking —> Wi-Fi catcher/Radio Control Options —> Advanced settings —> Radio Control Options.

There u can see whether your Bluetooth is Enabled or not.

By default After u ReInstall OS in ur Laptop It will be Enabled only.

Don’t worry about this unless u had made some modifications to Bluetooth.

So If u downloaded the Driver by choosing the first option ie,,Choose by Service Tag by which will get the

exact driver supporting your Bluetooth Hardware built-in ur Laptop.

If u did the above, then follow the steps carefully in 29th post.

If u follow the steps carefully then Your Bluetooth Should work. There is no Doubt in that.

I was reading some posts online and someone said it is the R140135 driver and I looked it up and it was supported for the Dell Inspiron 1525. That’s how I did my search.

My service tag is 6Z2R2H1

I don’t think I have Quickset on my computer because it is not showing up anywhere on my computer. I typed it in the search field when I press the start button on the taskbar and it doesn’t show up and also I checked in the control panel and it is not there. So I am guessing that I don’t have that installed. I checked my cd’s that came with the computer. And I don’t see the cd for it. Is there somewhere I can download it from? Thanks.

Get Bluetooth driver for your system here:

Try the steps in Post no 29 for Windows Vista 32 bit.

If u failed, try re-installing os your Laptop and after installation just follow the steps without mistake in post no 29.

The model is inspiron 1545 with xp,the above mentioned post29 is for vista..So pls help me out with tis.It is such a mess if bluetooth is not workin. (.

Anyway I know one thing that may help u.

When you downgrade from Vista to XP Your bluetooth will not work unless u run some patch in Xp before installing bluetooth driver.

Just get that patch from Dell Support website.

Run that patch and Next Run your Bluetooth Driver Setup.

Raghu I could not get that bluetooth patch from Dell website. Can you please provide me direct link for that patch or path to find it in dell support. I have dell inspiron 1525 and recently downgraded it from Vista to XP.

Here is the Bluetooth activator in XP or Patch to Re-Enable Bluetooth Radio in XP for Inspiron 1525.

Download and run this patch before u run the setup of Bluetooth driver.

Thanks for your reply Raghu but I see that this patch is not compatible for inspiron 1525 but for other models. Still I installed it :-s The bluetooth light is on, icon is there on task bar. In bluetooth configuration window it gives me this message :

» Device not found.

The device may not be installed correctly, it may be powered off, it may be disabled or it may bot be operational.

Check the window device manage for help troubleshooting this problem»

I think you are wrong.

I have Inspiron 1525 with Windows XP.

I used the same patch.My Bluetooth is working fine.

Did run that patch in the following manner ?

First Completely Uninstall the presently Bluetooth Drivers.
Even though previously driver installation didn’t completed successfully, You might have some previous settings for Bluetooth since the Driver Installer runned upto some extent partially eventhough not completely.

So first thing you have to do is to Complete Uninstall everything regarding Bluetooth.

And next Reboot your System.

Next Run the patch.

If u think it was not runned completely run that patch one more time nothing will happen if u run that patch more than once.

Next Install the bluetooth driver that is compatible with your Bluetooth Hardware.

I gave u patch for » Wireless 355 Bluetooth Module (Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR) «

If u are not sure that u have the right driver for your bluetooth hardware
then Get that from DELL support website.Please Don’t forget to enter into the Drivers Download page by choosing Service tag.

Next Run driver setup.
If it says in a window turn bluetooth on/off using radio just close that window and go the following path for XP

In this folder u can see a file named Inst.
Run that Inst file.
Remember u will have setup file in the same folder but don’t run that one.

Now your Bluetooth Driver starts Installing. and if u get window to turn on/off bluetooth radio, just close that window.
Your Installation will not quit and it continues installing and ultimately u can see that installer says Bluetooth software installed successfully.

Have been trying everything to activate my Bluetooth after I re-installed vista but nothing worked. Finally I did what you recommened and it was so simple.
i wonder why no one including Dell Support could suggest this.
