Moments before the horrific, blasphemous death of flash, the java script version of Happy Wheels has arrived. That was close. Sorry for the delay. Hopefully the fear of losing Happy Wheels did not prevent your restful sleep. If you didn’t even know it was in development, then here is your exciting news.
This is the first public version of the game, so please allow some time for the remaining bugs to be ironed out. Though I still love flash, what’s great about this version is that it performs very well on mobile devices. However, this release does not yet include on screen mobile controls. That will be added in the next update. If you’re desperate to try it out on your phone, a bluetooth keyboard works very well. Though I mentioned previously that the game would now run at 60 fps, some of the heavier levels definitely bog down at that framerate. It is already possible through a setting though, so perhaps I could host a 60 Hz version on another page for those with super beefy processors. Aside from that, Happy Wheels JS should be pretty close in every way to the original. The database of users, levels, and replays remains the same. The only thing lost is the impending doom of the end of existence.
Goodboy Digital are my friends in London responsible for the port of the game, and they have my eternal thanks. This took far more effort than expected, and they even managed to make a custom port of box2d just to maintain all the quirks of the original game. I’d also like to thank site and discord admin Kittenswolf for his help, and everyone else beta testing on discord for the past few months. Thanks to everyone else for still playing Happy Wheels 10 years after its launch, even without updates. I don’t know why this is still happening, but I wouldn’t be doing what I’m doing without your help. Special no thanks to the few international randoms who have inspired a resurgence in DDOS’ing the site over the past couple months.
The original flash version of Happy Wheels will, for as long as possible, be located here.

site problems?

Yesterday and earlier this week, the traffic from my site was being partially blocked by my host’s firewall. Supposedly it’s been fixed, and my host believes there is not problem, but I myself cannot load parts of my own site. Earlier today, during peak traffic times the site wouldn’t load for me at all.
A handful of friends I have asked can load the site just fine. If you are had troubles with the site not loading at all today, not just right now, please let me know here. I’d like to see how many other people are having problems. At the moment for me, the main page takes more than 5 seconds to load, and sometimes the portait doesn’t show up at all.

So, I was just in the middle of making a level, and I pressed the T button to test run it, and then, it just, went black and I tried to end the test run but it still didn’t work. And here are some updates that would make happy wheels WAY BETTER (In my opinion) So, the first one is like you can have a favorite user or level maker and you’ll get a notification when they make another level. And the second one is when you are making a level, and at the and you can put a requested level in for other people!

well this site is a hell of broken. EVERY ****ing time I try to play happy wheels one of these problems happen: 1. it wont load just white screen, 2. it wont load just blue screen, 3. the game itself wont load . I could be here till another christmas writing these problems

Since downloading this game a week ago I’ve been able to play it once, since then when I press play and choose a level again press play it loops back to the first screen. I then can’t enter again. Как играть?
Перед тем, как начать читать аркаду, просмотрите управление героями и описание уровней. Если вам не нравится какой-то из них, выберите любой другой. Если в обыкновенной гонке стрелки взад и вперед служат для разгона и торможения, здесь они отвечают за наклоны вперед и назад, а ехать вперед и назад (тормозить) позволяют соответственно клавиши вверх и вниз. Не спешите гнать с самого начала, так как ваше транспортное средство перевернется, а гонщик разлетится по частям. Причем тело может разбросать по всему экрану, а транспортное средство будет кататься в стороне.
Основной клавишей, отвечающей за ликвидацию препятствий, является Пробел. Чаще всего это или прыжок через возвышение, или выстрел. В Happy Wheels также предусмотрено дополнительные действия. За первое дополнительное действие отвечает Shift, а за второе – Control. Вторичные действия – это фактически специфические навыки, которые есть или у каждого участника заезда, или которые выделены именно для вас. Обе эти клавиши используются чаще всего для разворота, спускания человека с транспортного средства или изменения положения. Есть еще интересная кнопка для катапультирования – Z.
В игре около 100 уровней, и интересно, что все они практически разработаны обычными геймерами. То есть, в разработке этой игры может участвовать каждый из нас. Однако, наиболее интересными из 100 являются следующие 9 уровней, и каждый из них уникален. Каждый имеет название, краткое описание (оно находится справа) и ограничения по участникам. В некоторые уровни может играть всем участникам, а в некоторых имеются ограничения. Уровни называются сверху вниз: Obstacle Course? (Бег с препятствиями); Gut Bus Extreme! (Экстрим на автобусе с кишками); BMX-Park II (БМХ_Парк II); SnowyMountain*final* (Финал на снежной горе); Dawn of the Dead.lv1 (Рассвет мертвецов); A large Satan eats u (Большой Сатана съедает тебя); TrapTrac (Дорога с ловушкой); IT KEEPS HAPPENING! Главные герои
Не менее привлекательны и сами герои игры! Ими являются старик на инвалидной коляске, человек на сегвее, нерадивый папаша-велосипедист с ребенком и грузная женщина на тележке из супермаркета. Последний персонаж и все будущие доступны только в полной (не демо) версии игры.
Кроме того, в игре присутствует парочка на старом мотоцикле, старичок с газонокосилкой, шахтер в вагонетке, человек на погостике (палке для прыжков) и вертолете.
Все герои переплетены между собой и являются членами одной большой семьи. В игре, как таковой отсутствует сценарий, но это не мешает ей становиться популярнее с каждым годом.
