Не работает микро acer nitro 5

Микрофон

Почему-то при подключении наушников с микрофоном звук слышен хорошо, но вот микрофон работает очень плохо, хотя на пк все отлично. В настройках аудио есть только Набор микрофонов, сами наушники не видит.

Выходит только такой приглушенный звук

Добрый день! Можете настроить усиление микрофона. Правой кнопкой мыши щелкните значок динамика на панели задач Windows 10. В открывшемся меню выберите меню «Открыть микшер громкости». Далее нажмите на иконку «Системные звуки» в столбце «Приложения». После того, как вы войдете в параметры «Звук», нажмите на вкладку «Запись». В новом окне вы увидите активный микрофон и его выделение с зеленой галочкой. Затем дважды щелкните «Микрофон», и вы попадете в окно «Свойства». Там вы увидите пять вкладок, выберите «Уровни». Когда вы откроете вкладку, вы увидите две опции: Микрофон и Усиление микрофона. Попробуйте поднять уровень микрофона или усиление. Чрезмерное усиление звука сделает запись слишком громкой и резкой. Данный параметр стоит регулировать последовательно.

ACER Nitro 5. AN515-52 problem with microphone

Hi!
I saw few peoples had a same problem with «Microphone array (realtek high def. audio)».
Problem:
Installed original Acer drivers for mic.
PC do not see pluged headphones mic into 3,5 jack
When I uninstall Acer mic array drivers and restart PC, headphone mic start to work like «Microphone (realtek High Def.audio)».
After few minutes original Acer drivers come back and headphone mic do not work again.
What issue can be? Bring it back to the shop?

This question to Acer. PC is NEW. How it can be, that in NEW Laptop simple things do not work properly?

After few days from my first post I change laptop at the shop for new one (same model).
All work’d properly, like it must be ( I told about microphone array and headset mic. Not about processor overheating).
But Now, after 6 month of use, I have same problem. In-build mic and headset mic does’n work. Drivers is same (realtek high definition audio drivers) which was installed at first use.

How I try to resolve this problem.

I try to update Realtek drivers from acer website — Mic don’t work.
I try to update drivers to standart windows high definition audio drivers. — resul is, in-built mic is working, but PC does’n see headset mic.
I restore Windows 10 to factory data. — Mic don’t work.
I made a hard restore Win 10 to factory data (format all hard drives). — Mic don’t work.
I download pure version of Windows 10 from microsoft website and install it. — resul is, in-built mic is working, but PC does’n see headset mic.
After reboot Windows install Realtek drivers and, OF cause, mic stop working.

At now I have only 1 solution, roll back Realtek drivers to standart HD audio drivers.
And I must use only in-built mic, headset mic does’t work.

I repeat, this is second Acer NItro 5 with Microfone Array problem.

Could somebody from ACER write, what to do with it.

Go to Device Manager/sound video and game controllers and right click the Realtek sound card then select uninstall from the drop down menu, reboot your computer, it will reinstall on reboot and the drivers will be updated. let us know

Guys, i think i finally have a solution !

I tried everything, and after hours of trying, i discovered this :
— Insert a headset / earphones
— Click on the NOTIFICATION
— It opens up the «Realtek Audio Console» (It’s the only way so far, you can’t access it in any other way)
— Go to Microhpone Array
— «Disable all»
* You can also modify the volume of the mic and increase it a bit

I tested and it works fine : basically this laptop comes with weird audio settings, namely «Conference call» effect, so it cuts your microphone everytime a noise is made. Just disable this and it works fine and dandy.

Hope this helps you too, because I had the same problem and tried to solve this for weeks, i thought they scammed me with this laptop.

Микрофон на гарнитуре не работает

Доброго времени суток, приобрела ноутбук, возникла проблема с определением гарнитуры, а именно не определяется микрофон встроенный в гарнитуру.

Были обновлены драйвера, тестировала с другими устройствами — микрофон так же не работает. В утилите Realtek микрофоны подключаемые к ноутбуку так же не определяются, помоги, хотелось бы решить этот вопрос.

«Были обновлены драйвера» — Неграмотно драйвера установили. Вы купили ноут без винды? Сами её установили? Сами потом драйвера пытались обновить? С лицензионной виндой проблем бы не было. Там вам только сетевой драйвер надо поставить. А дальше винда сама себя обновит и все драйвера (в том числе и микрофона) найдёт ГРАМОТНО и ГРАМОТНО установит. Пока советую накатить на вашу нынешнюю винду убунту под вуби и убедиться в том, что под убунтой ваш микрофон заработает. Не железо виновато, а неграмотная установка драйверов!

Это точно проблема не в грамотности установки драйверов. У меня винда лицензионная, сама все драйвера установила. Наушники у меня HyperX, такая же проблема с микрофоном, если на пример взять тот же геймпад от PS4 вставляю наушники, всё нормально работает, а на ноуте нифига. Сделал всё так же как писали выше с драйверами, не помогло. Пробовал гуглить, пока не помогло.

Вы проблему не решили? У меня такая же беда.

Проблема с наушниками

Не работает микрофон с наушников за 15 к,на старом ноуте все работает,а на этом ноуте подключаю,звук есть в них,а микро не видит,работает только от самого ноута микро.Как решить проблему??Все дрова ставил,сносил,менял-не помогло.

Указатель мыши на динамике внизу и справа. Нажимаем правую кнопку мыши — открыть параметры звука. Находите пункт ВВОД и чуть ниже «выберите устройство ввода» Это как раз ваши микрофоны.

У вас там сколько устройств? Что сейчас выбрано? Можно ли выбрать другое?

Что делать, как быть? Ноутбук Асер Нитро 5 Виндовс 10 про

попробуйте поставить более старую версию вин 10про , или попросите в ближайшем сервисном центре по ремонту пк и ноутбуков

или же в самом сервис центре ДНСа

1) Запускаем Realtek Audio Console (если нет его, скачиваем, в магазине виндоуса он есть)
2)В приложении: Дополнительные настройки -> и меняем с наушников на ГАРНИТУРУ
сам долго парился и облазил весь интернет. Метод полезен если у вас Наушники со встроенным микрофоном)
