В предыдущей статье мы подробно рассмотрели для чего нужен раздел FAQ и как его оптимизировать, чтобы он приносил максимальную пользу.
Сегодня поговорим о практической стороне вопроса: как сделать страницу FAQ для WordPress. Самый разумный вариант – использовать плагины. Но все ли они одинаково хороши? Все ли они несут потенциал для будущих задумок и расширений?
Для себя я поставил следующие требования к плагину:

  1. Возможность настройки внешнего вида.
  2. Возможность разбить вопросы на категории
  3. Возможность вывода выбранных категорий на отдельной странице или в любом другом месте сайта.
  4. Адаптированность для мобильных устройств.
  5. Реализация на HTML и CSS, отсутствие JS кода для лучшей индексации ПС.
    Из доброго десятка плагинов, опробованных мной, предъявляемые требования выполняют только три.

HTML5 Responsive FAQ

Легкий в настройке и работе плагин. После установки и активации плагин готов к работе, в меню появляется новый раздел.

Вы можете добавить категорию, запись FAQ и соотнести запись к определенной категории. В настройках вы можете менять размер, цвет шрифта, цвет фона и т. д.

Кроме, того в настройках вы найдете шоркоды для вставки отдельных категорий (или всех) в страницу.

Резюмируя следует отметить, что HTML5 Responsive FAQ – отличный плагин с легким добавлением категорий FAQ на страницу и кучей настроек. В итоге вы получите примерно такой раздел.

Часть разделов можно вынести на другую страницу. последние два требования — адаптивность для мобильных устройств и код на чистом HTML и CSS — тоже выполнены.

Плагин после установки и активации готов к работе. Вы также можете создавать записи FAQ. Добавить на страницу нужную запись очень просто. Нажатием всего одной кнопки добавляются шоркоды нужных записей на страницу.

Настройки внешнего вида позволят кардинально изменить внешний вид. Если вас не устраивает минималистичный вид – можно за $9 купить 20 стильных шаблонов.

Arconix FAQ

Arconix FAQ – еще один плагин для страницы FAQ. После установки и активации можно приступать к работе. Здесь вы также можете создавать вопросы и ответы. Добавить на страницу можно только введя шоркод.

Это усложняет работу, особенно, если надо добавить много записей вопрос-ответ.

К недостаткам можно также отнести отсутствие настроек внешнего вида.

Резюмируя следует отметить, что все плагины соответствуют предъявляемым требованиям. Arconix FAQ не позволяет настраивать внешний вид. В двух последних на страницу записи FAQ придется добавлять вручную. Плагин HTML5 Responsive FAQ позволяет добавлять на страницу целые разделы.

  1. Upload the entire responsive-accordion-and-collapse folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
