Не могу загрузить 3Д тур https://roundme.com/

да, интерфейс roundme мне нравился больше. Но kuula стабильна. Мне важно чтобы проект был доступен заказчику 24/7, а не когда у них там сервер прочухается.

У кого-то заходит на roundme по своим логином? Или у всех даже под свои логином зайти нельзя?

Вроде неделю назад его чинили — все нормально работало на пару дней, а сейчас опять траблы

На сайт вообще не заходит. Сначала небезопасное соединение. Потом просто пустая страница.

Карта корпоративная, поэтому не вариант, к сожалению(

Ребята. Kuula нужно всегда проплачивать, что бы был доступ к твоим панорамам? НАпример у нас вот в проекте есть тур который нужно сделать. Сделали на Kuula — заплатив за месяц. Дальше он будет недоступен?

Абсолютно нет. Про Куулу. Я пару туров больше года назад для пробы проплатил. Деньги сгорели, но туры остались. Просто новые не могу создавать. А отдельные панорамы там бесплатно! Платная версия отличается по большому счету лишь возможность ставить точки переходов и оформлять их на свой вкус. Пока проплачивать надобности нет, т. к. Проект из 2-5 панорамок можно и частями показать, а как появится надобность, заложить 12-14 евро можно и в проект, для которого эта затея понадобится. Повторюсь, больше года туры не заблокировали!

А RoundMe — полная ж. Просто так перестал работать, потом чуть ожил с висяками и умер безвозвратно, забрав с могилу и мои панорамки, часть из которых была, например, встроена в сайты, где теперь высвечивается редирект))

Российско-американский стартап Roundme запустил биржу VR-панорам Статьи редакции

Авторам обещают от $100 за изображение.

Платформа по созданию виртуальных туров Roundme запустила магазин виртуальных 360-градусных панорам Roundme Stock, сообщил vc.ru представитель проекта.

Авторы могут выставить на продажу неограниченное количество отснятых панорам на любой срок, кроме того, они могут продавать одни и те же работы разным покупателям, перечисляют в Roundme.

К продаже допускаются изображения формата JPEG или TIFF минимальным размером 5000 x 2,500 пикселей. Это должны быть сферические панорамы в равноугольной проекции.

Продавец получает 55% от суммы сделки, 45% выручки Roundme забирает себе. Средняя цена изображения зависит от размера: маленькие стоят около $175, средние — примерно $375, большие — от $575 и выше. Стоимость гигапиксельных панорам обсуждается по запросу. Компания прогнозирует, что в 2018 году через платформу будет продано около четырёх тысяч панорам, доход составит до $2 млн.

Roundme запущен в 2012 году, проект основал Константин Андреев, ранее работавший в финансовом секторе и на рынке коммерческой недвижимости. Сервис позволяет пользователям делиться друг с другом виртуальными панорамами различных пространств.

Am I the only one having trouble uploading to roundme.com as a pro member (Panorama is failed error)?
support and chats are not answered for more than a week.

Can you able to upload the images now? If the answer is “No” just go through their help section to sort out your problem.

I have been having the same issues for the past month! I have found that I typically can upload photos either early AM or late PM. Not sure what is going on with Roundme but I use it for work and it is getting very frustrating…I am starting to look for a different provider. If anyone has any suggestion please let me know. EXACT SAME CASE FOR ME.

My client is waiting for me to deliver the project and I can’t upload anything, no replies whatsoever from Roundme.

Good morning I had the same problem but I was uploading my files with metadata included in this case leaving PTgui pro but what I did was delete the metadata from the image and that was enough for me to accept them, I don’t know why communication with roundme has been very bad I do not know if they are not interested in responding or do not see the messages. but I share this solution that worked for me. if it has worked let me know

It was just all of a sudden the system allowed them. Not sure what is going on, maybe roundme has grown and their servers can’t handle..But I have come to terms that I just will have to upload stuff after working hours

I hope that is because I had several days trying to upload photos at any time and it was not possible for me so I hope it can really be solved as soon as possible.

An update from my previous post is I was able to upload the SAME images at 5am EST.

Again, no replies from Roundme support(been almost a week).

I tried deleteing metadata, using ACDSee, but no luck uploading, but early morning uploads work (some times), are you still able to upload?

You are not the only one.I’m an instructional designer at a college and we’ve been having failed uploads for days now. Tech support hasn’t answered any of our request for help either. It won’t be possible to use this project with the students if we can’t rely on it to work.Still looking for a good solution because uploading at 5 AM a.m. or 10 PM p.m. is not really a good answer

We are looking at seek beak as an alternative to round me. It’s very easy to set up and use and I can’t believe how responsive the tech-support was.I made an inquiry about changing audio levels and heard from the CIO on the same day.By the next morning an audio mixer was implemented into the program – I was blown away.
At our school we will be doing our projects and seek beak instead of round me.

Thanks for the suggestion of seek beak…I am trying them out and so far loving them…..not sure what is going on with roundme as it has been over a month they have been down, and I pay for the pro account, so just a waste of money. They want return emails, or chats. It has been very frustrating, but I can say I am liking seekbeak so far. Thanks so much

360 cities, Facebook and YouTube are very rudimentary and can only show an image at a time.

I couldn’t upload to RoundMe either and had to use iStaging. It’s very similar and can be viewed on mobile devices, the only drawback is that you might need to get a paid membership.

Then there’s the option of hosting your own tours on a website (Lapentor seems nice)

Well, I’m shocked at reading all those comments. I paid my PRO renewal and then …no answer to my question about the lack of views showing on my last tour. I know for a fact that several friends of mine have visited the tour in question and it still is showing “0” views…!

The number of views has stopped changing for the last month ever since I uploaded my last tour – which worked…! Dead silence since. The other problem is that there is no indication of where this outfit is based, no addresses and no phone numbers and that is bad the corporate image, only showing is Moscow (?) and Los Angeles…

I’ve only just found this thread and I’m going to continue to follow this with interest.

I’m a pro RoundMe member and have been using it since late 2018.

The only issue I encountered was the inability to upload panoramas (a rather large issue I know) during early October 2019. I emailed them at hello@round.me on October 2nd and got a reply later on that day saying they were “working on the issue and would resolve it within a few days”. The issue seemed to get resolved as i was able to upload panoramic images on the 15th of October, after i returned from holiday.

At the time of writing this email on the 18th of December 2019, I was able to upload and publish a text VR tour using panoramic images.

Regarding the issue of viewing stats that nadonou encountered, I honestly don’t know if I’m having the same issue. I’m going to ask friends and colleagues to view my recently uploaded test VR tour and see if the stats change.
