Возникла аналогичная ситуация, самые нужные разделы не работают.
Что можно сделать для разрешения данной проблемы?

Хорошо, пробуем метод смены IP без постороннего софта.
1. Заходим на сайт http://2ip.ru/anonim/
2. Вводим в строку URL: http://sempermoto.ru
3. Выбираем страну : Russian Federation
4. Жмем Открыть
5. Ждем пока нас перенаправит на другую ссылку.
6. Обходим все левые рекламы и пользуемся сайтом. Мне например предлагают обновить мой Гугл Хром, но этого делать естественно не нужно.
Пробовал менять на Германию — вывело Тестовое сообщение, которое многих достало.
С Россией все окей) пробуйте
