To do this, go to the main login screen of SWTOR website and enter your username and password and leave the security key field blank. Then on the next screen, choose “Lost Security Key?”. This will send a one time password to your email to verify that you want to remove the security key, then you’re basically set!

Swtor security key не работает

Few years ago, I once reseted my smartphone, so I lost my access to the Security Key app (and the serial key). That means I had no way to log in to my account. I sent a message to the support team, and then they told me I had to do international calls (I live in Spain) in order to find a resolution. As you may imagine, those calls cost an interesting amount of money I’m not willing to pay.

Does anyone know of a program that will allow me to call for free?

I didn’t need to do an international call for my lost security key.
I just had to log on the website, leaving the security key blank, click on the thing telling that I lost it after trying to log, and they sent me a one-time password on my e mail and that was all

Such thing doesn’t appear in my case, maybe I’m missing something. It only says: «LOGIN FAILED», as a captcha appears below.

Reset your Password first, then it works

I had this problem earlier today, then after trying a bunch of the passwords I used back in the day I figured I’d try with my EA account password and that actually worked and I got to the page where I could say I lost my security key. So I’m guessing the LOGIN FAILED message is just telling you that your username or password is incorrect, before even checking the security key field.

I had this problem earlier today, then after trying a bunch of the passwords I used back in the day I figured I’d try with my EA account password and that actually worked and I got to the page where I could say I lost my security key.

So I got this problem also, but I can’t removed the key from my EA-account as I don’t even have that option on that account page. No linked games either. The game is in Origin, and I think I bought it through Origin, but I can’t do anything there either. I don’t get the lost security key-link. I really have to call them? That’s dumb. Think I might just get a new account, but of course I will probably have to have a new email for that because the current one is tied to the account I can’t get access to. -_-;
