После обновления обычным игрокам стало недоступно использовать голосовые функции. Нужно купить что нибудь чтобы говорить,получить доступ к крафтам шапок ,трейду и тд.Сам сталкивался с такой проблемой.

У меня почему то ничего не работает в том числе и реплики персонажей хотя у меня 17 уровень стимма
еще я играю в эту игру 340 часов и это встречается мне впервые что делать еще можешь подсказать ?

Твой уровень не имеет никакого отношения к премиуму который тебе нужен для того чтоб говорить в чате и по микрофону.

еще я сейчас зашел и проверил осталась эта проблемма или нет . Захожу и все так же пишет Текстовый чат недоступен для этого аккаунта ну вот как решить эту проблему

У тебя лимитированный аккаунт в Steam, и, возможно, всё ещё нет премиума в TF2.
Положи на счёт стима 350 рублей или около того ( 5$ в соответствии с нынешним курсом) и купи хотя бы одно оружие во внутри игровом магазине Манн Ко.
Говорят, это только временно — для борьбы с матерящимися ботами.
На серверах сообщества ограничений по чату нет.
То есть, это означает, что лимитированным аккаунтам дается временный доступ к голосовому и текстовому чату до истечения срока?
Нет, как только твой уровень стим станет равным 1, а также ты получишь «премиум» в игре, так сразу с тебя cнимут все ограничения. Купить что-то в магазине Манн Ко. нужно только один раз. А 350 рублей, которые ты положил на кошелёк Steam, ты можешь потратить на что угодно.
Понимаешь, просто к нулевому пустому аккаунту доверия нет. И, на случай если ты всё-же бот, чат на официальных серверах тебе отключили. А ведь ботоводы не будуть тратить деньги на каждого бота, верно?
В общем, премиум и в игре и в Steam даётся навсегда.

(sorry for bad english) I can type with chat and team chat, but cant send any messages, i tried using cl_mute_all_comms 0 and it didnt work, any fix?
I am sick of this, over 5k hours, yet now cant chat with the team, really poor form, no point playing as the bots are still racist by name changing and voice chat spamming, instead steam seems to want to alienate some who have encouraged others to play and then they sometimes purchased the game so the f2p do have a reason to exist, yet steam wants to put them in the same bag as the bots?

A simple solution would be to limit the number of text chats per minute, maybe even filter and flag some words? It just looks like a half arsed attempt to appease the masses.

CS:GO community hates the chat filter. You can read up about that situation in their discussion threads. Most people disabled the filter the same day the update came out.
Valve needs to reduce the abusability of F2P accounts by hackers. Sadly, F2Ps will have to suffer. Maybe the chat mute will be rolled back, but soon something else will emerge, that would still «punch» F2Ps down as hard as this update did.
Valve just gave TF2 away to everybody. That was the most generous move you could expect from them. You could play TF2 as if you bought it back in the day(of course, if you don’t mind not being able to participate in a competitive, or having an outgoing trade ban, which was, mind you, also a result of abusers making multi-accounts to farm items and cheat by transfering their items to other accounts as they run around with an aimbot). We all have hackers and cheaters to thank for that, Their obstinacy is forcing Valve go regret the decision of just giving the game to people who just want to play it for free.
Of all things, I can’t see Valve being ones to blame.
They are rolling F2P back a bit, and are forcing F2Players through a bot filter. F2Players didn’t pay a cent anyway, so I guess they should understand the situation, and why it is happening. There might be an another way, but lets discuss it later, when it comes in the next update.
Btw, sorry, but limiting chat to a specific amount of messages per minute is as stupid as limiting the chat whatsoever, not only that, but it also does NOT prevent core of the issue — bots posting rude and aggressive stuff in chat for everyone to read. Okay, they won’t be able to wipe out the chat when people call their nicknames, but that was just one part of the issue. Newbies would still find themselves not being able to talk past 5 messages, which would be super silly.
