When connected via Bluetooth, the buttons do not work correctly. The firmware is the latest, the drivers are all updated. This is the second game where the gamepad does not want to work normally.

And what is the other game you’re having trouble controlling? Are you able to try a wired connection?

A list of fully tested and compatible controllers can be found in this support article [thecrew-game.ubisoft.com] . Anything outside of this list we cannot guarantee, it is however good to hear that you found a solution by connecting the controller by usb.

Хочу сразу извиниться за долгое вступление, накипело)) Ну чтож, спустя почти 3 месяца мучений, не дождавшись помощи от разработчиков, хотя тут аж двое отвечали и как выяснилось они без понятия что за фигня у меня творится, играй говорят через шнур. А творилось то, что через блютус новый геймпад Xbox не хотел адекватно работать во многих играх, хотя через кабель всё было нормально. Ну да ладно. Помониторив форумы, оказалось что решение проблемы очень простое. Заходим в настройки Steam => Контроллер => Основные настройки контроллера => ставим галочку на «Пользовательские настройки Xbox» и «Xbox extended feature support» => затем вас попросят перезагрузить ПК, что собственно и нужно сделать. После этих несложных манипуляций новый геймпад Xbox будет нормально работать через блютус во всех играх, где ранее не работал, такие дела)))
