External Crosshair v3
I got bored so I decided to rewrite my External Crosshair tool from scratch in C#.
External Crosshair v3
What does it do?
It will display a crosshair over the chosen process or window until you stop it.
What’s new:
— Rewritten from scratch and more neater (from coding perspective)
— The crosshair should always in the correct place no matter what computer you use.
— There is a crosshair preview now to see what each crosshair looks like.
— No flicker whatsoever because of a new drawing method (no longer uses SetPixel)
— There’s now a process list and window list.
* Choosing a process will only target the process’ main window.
* The window list contains ALL windows in your taskbar, not just the main window’s of the processes. This means you can easily target a specific window.
— New crosshair designs: Dot and Large Dot.
— You can now select a specific colour using the colour selector.
— You can now adjust the X and Y offset of the crosshair (although you really don’t need this)
Can I get banned for this?
Absolutely not, this does not hook, write or read any memory from another process. The only thing it does is display a crosshair on a window.
Does this work on fullscreen games?
No (although I haven’t tried), that’d require hooking DirectX which could result in a ban.
How do I use this?
— Download and extract the attachment
— Run External Crosshair v3.exe
— Click on Settings and choose a crosshair design, change the colour if you want
— Close the window and click on Process.
— Choose a process to target (only processes with windows will appear), you can also type in the name of a process (it must be on the list). Alternatively, you can click on Window List and choose a specific window.
— Close the window and click Start.
— Enjoy! Click Stop to close/hide the crosshair.

External crosshair v3 не работает
An external crosshair software which you can use on any games you like.
Since the dev’s behind WarZ is too lazy to implement a crosshair for the players i decided to figure out something myself.
I probably won’t keep developing new versions of the software since this was kinda «bored day» project.
I’ve been around UC for a while, but haven’t really released anything or even registered, though i’d release the software here aswell.
I highly doubt that you will get banned for using this unless they blacklist it for some odd reason.
Here is a picture of the new menu:
1. Choose the crosshair you want.
2. Check the «Set Position Middle» Checkbox (Optional)
3. Click at the «Show Crosshair» button.
4. The Crosshair will likely spawn in the higher left corner unless you checked the «Set Position Middle» Checkbox.
5. If your not happy with the crosshair position, simply drag the crosshair where ever you want.
6. When you’ve placed the crosshair where you want it, check the «Lock Crosshair» checkbox.
NOTE: Always run the game in Windowed mode.
for the menu theme.
If you notice anykinds of bugs, please post them here.
enjoy, kthxbai

External crosshair [ANY GAME] V1.0
A couple of days ago I found the tutorial written by Recruit about how to set up a overlay with managed DirectX in C#, I’m sure alot of you know about this but I though this was a great method to use.
I first created a basic interface crosshair which then lead to a creation of alot of things surrounding it. Below you can view a number of screenshots to see what its like.
Here’s some information you may find useful
Is this Call of duty Only?
No, this will work on most games and applications
Can I get banned whilst using this?
No you can’t because this does not hook or access the game’s memory in any way
Here’s some screens
Features:
- 7 different crosshairs to choose
- 10 different colours to choose
- Each crosshair has 3 sizes small, Large and medium
- Adjustable offset for games that have off center crosshairs
- Select your own hotkey to turn crosshair ON/OFF
How to use:
1-Run «External Crosshair mod»
2-Select window(game) to use crosshair on
3- Select your favourite crosshair, Color and size
4-Run crosshair
5-If you notice that the crosshair isnt exactly in the center then Click adjust crosshair to position it where you would like it, different games may not have their aim exactly in the center
After every run the settings will be saved so the next time you run it your choices will load automatically.
Compatibility:
Windows Vista and Windows 7 only due to Windows Aero(make sure that Is enabled)
In order to use this you need to have your game or application running in Windowed mode , borderless will work fine(currently looking for solution)
32Bit only, also looking for solution
Bugs:None that I know off but please let me know if you find any.
Video: Here is a video demonstrating the mod in action, sorry about the rambling the demonstration starts at 9:00 and you should get an idea of how it works.
If you have any improvements, feedback or things that you would like me to add then then please let me know below.
I am aware master131 came up with his own version of this a while back but I released this to some of my friends so I though some people here may like a different take on this. Note that I didn’t have a clue that master had created is own version of this and none of my work was based on his even though we seem to have the same overlay system. If this is a problem for mods please let me know and I’l take it down.
Thanks for reading and hope you enjoy it
